“Why do you require a 50% non-refundable deposit?”

We get this question often — and we understand why! Here’s what that deposit really represents:


When you book with us, you’re not just reserving a service — you’re reserving our time, our full attention, and our commitment to your pets. Once we block off your dates, we turn away other clients. We reorganize our schedules, sometimes adjust personal plans, and make sure that your booking gets the care and priority it deserves.


This isn’t a side hustle for us — it’s our livelihood, our passion, and a responsibility we take seriously. That deposit helps us protect our time, reduce last-minute cancellations, and continue providing high-quality, reliable care.


We understand that life happens, and that’s why we do offer a transferable credit (valid for 90 days) when cancellations are made with adequate notice. This allows us to be flexible while still maintaining a sustainable business.
